    This piece of vintage jewelry is a scarf holder, signed Jeannine 1977.  Gold plated scarf holder has a decorative 2-oval ridged top with two double rings to hold your scarf. Inside diameter of rings is 15mm or .59 inch.  Scarf can be threaded through the rings horizontally from the sides or vertically through the top for slightly different looks.  See photos for example (scarf is not included).   Piece is in excellent vintage condition. Comes in gift box.
