    I suspect it is Sphinx but it is not signed.
    Sphinx is an English jewelry company founded in 1948. Known for costume jewelry of high quality. Produced jewelry for Kenneth Jay Lane, Butler & Wilson, Saks 5th Ave., Neiman Marcus, and Bloomingdale’s. Sphinx costume jewelry is highly appreciated by the collectors of vintage jewelry. Ceased operating in the late 1990s.
    Found this description online and it looks just like the one I have listed. Mine is NOT silver. Hers was found in a Trifari book. Sphinx was known for doing quality knockoffs.
